Grief Counselling

The process of grief is experienced differently by everyone. How you react will depend on many factors. You may be wondering what to expect, how to behave and how to handle the intensity of the emotions that come with grief.

You may be experiencing sorrow, anger, numbness, fluctuating moods, loneliness, stress, anxiety or depression.  Difficulty concentrating or interacting with others, loss of joy or fearfulness are also common.

Counselling may help you to manage the strong, and at times, confusing feelings associated with grief. Frances Miller offers a supportive therapeutic relationship in which you may begin to move through the process of grief, and to rebuild your own life following the significant loss of a loved one.
